Office Administrator - London

Therefore, we are looking for a talented, experienced individual to come on board as an office administrator to join our team. 


  • To be the first point of contact for all callers and visitors to Casna, ensuring the first impression is representative of the business core values 
  • Together with other members of the team, to ensure the smooth running of the Resourcing and operations department. 
  • Receiving and logging of all application forms. 
  • Legal checks on all documentation and preparation of all new starter documentation, including creation of personnel files and following up on missing documentation 
  • To assist the team in providing cover and redeployment of staff where required at short notice by the Operations managers/supervisors;
  •  Assist in the preparation of Manager briefings, training material or other documentation 
  • Assist in on-going company projects to develop process, procedure, retention and communication with all staff 
  • Assist in any other head office tasks as well as looking after good housekeeping of the premises.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience of supporting teams desirable 
  • Understanding of hospitality industry - desirable 
  • Ability to maximise business through strong people management and client negotiation skills 
  • Good business acumen 
  • IT literate
