Temporary Division 

Alcester Area, Warwickshire

We are recruiting for a Talent Resourcer to join our Temporary division here at Spa Elite.  In this role you will be selecting the best Spa and Leisure professionals to cover shifts in a range of Hotels, Spas and Wellness retreats across the UK as well as reaching out to new establishments to grow our client base UK Wide.

Spa Elite is a 5 Star leading recruitment agency within the Spa, Wellness and Aesthetic sectors in the UK and Worldwide.

Expertise we are looking for….

• Experience within the Spa and Wellness industry is essential
• If you have current or previous recruiter experience this would be beneficial  
• Confident to carry out new business calls and approach Spas, Hotels and Retreats across the UK.
• MUST have excellent PC skills, email, Word etc and a good grasp of software systems is essential.
• Have excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be able to act quickly and decisively
• Have a positive attitude 
• Have a great eye for detail
• Excellent phone manor and telephone skills to deal with a broad range of enquiries from potential applicants and clients.
