Stoke Mandeville are looking to hire a part-time receptionist to cover shifts on Friday and Saturday afternoons. There may also be the opportunity for overtime; where you might be asked if you can cover shifts throughout the week.

 

 

As a receptionist, you will be providing front-line customer service for those entering the stadium. This will involve ensuring customers have a great experience visiting the stadium.

 

 

On a day to day basis, the successful receptionist’s duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

 

 

• Greeting Customers and dealing with first line customer enquires or complaints
• Interact with customers via the customer desk, telephone and emails
• Operating as Point of Sale for sporting activities on site as well as swim retail products
• Booking customers for Fitness Classes and other Sports Activities on a computerised booking system.
• Setting up memberships for sports lessons and facility usage
• Dealing with cash transactions

 

 

Stoke Mandeville are looking to hear from candidates who have experience in a customer facing/customer service environment and can demonstrate a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages.

 

 

Although not essential, having experience of dealing with computerised booking systems would be of benefit.
