We’re on a mission to make every moment an adventure for our guests. Treetop Adventure Golf was started We’re on a mission to reinvent mini golf and leisure experiences in the UK. Our first family-friendly but not family-only indoor mini golf attraction, Treetop Adventure Golf, opened at St David’s shopping centre in Cardiff in 2015. Since then we have opened sites in Manchester and Leicester with a fantastic pipeline of sites for the future and are positioned for growth.

 A visit to Treetop is a chance to have fun-filled mini golf adventures, hang out at The Thirsty Toucan bar and café, and make memories - we’re here for everyone from families and friends to first dates and work mates.

Could you be who we’re looking for?

We’re recruiting for an Assistant Manager who will be part of a team who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional standards and provide outstanding mini golf entertainment for every guest, every time. We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager from the leisure, F&B or hospitality industry who loves having a varied role.

• Do you have minimum 2 years of experience in an Assistant Manager role?
• Have you got a fun, positive and welcoming personality?
• Are you approachable, caring and supportive of those around you?
• Are you an inspiring leader who can engage and motivate your team?
• Are you passionate about guests having an outstanding experience on every visit?
• Do you believe that the details really matter?

• The Role

• Participate in all areas of the operation
• Effectively and efficiently manage shifts
• Support the General Manager to run Treetop and review and improve how we do things
• Help ensure everywhere is kept spotless and well-maintained
• Manage stock levels and building supplier relationships
• Be a key holder and emergency contact

Above all, we work as a team at Treetop and you will get stuck in to welcome and take care of guests, process transactions, serve in the bar and cafe, host kids parties and corporate events, help maintain the courses and more…all in an Amazon rainforest world!
