Intro

At Chino Latino our diners Love, Share and Enjoy the finest Pan Asian cuisine and Latin cocktails. To help us maintain our outstanding reputation we’re recruiting a Floor Manager to be responsible for the day to day running of Chino Latino whilst maintaining a high standard of service

Key tasks & responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests receive outstanding service
• Oversee the smooth running of the shift on a day to day and week by week basis with effective communication within and between departments
• To ensure a complete knowledge by the whole team of food and beverage service techniques, all menus are served to the correct standard
• Engage with our guests to ensure they have exceptional service whilst with us

What we are looking for

• Someone with previous Management experience within a restaurant environment
• Someone who is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
• Someone who is great at creating and maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business, communicating effectively in a range of situations
• A Manager who is passionate about engaging, inspiring and developing their team
