We are looking for a Head Chef who shares our passion to join the Smith & Western team at our Boxhill restaurant.

The ideal candidate will be:

·        An experienced Head Chef or Second Chef looking who is looking to take the next step in their career

·        Someone who has mastered the grill and work the line

·        Someone who can complete staffing rotas, in line with their budget

·        Maintain excellent health and hygiene standards

·        Someone who can manage a team

·        Someone who can develop in train their team

We cook everything on our menu fresh on site – no flinging and pinging option, so we want people who can work at pace with a great eye for detail and who take pride in the food they cook ensuring our customers enjoy their dish from the first bite to the last crumb! Working to drive the business forward you will be working with both the Area Executive team and Directors constantly thinking of new dishes to add to our menu and ways to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

We are a family run restaurant with over 20 years’ experience. Our passion and drive are still as strong as it was on the day, we opened our first restaurant in 1995.

We offer a very competitive salary, alongside performance related bonuses, whites provided, free meal on shift, and company pension.

Salary: upto £35,000 per annum depending on experience
