Head of Brand - London - £37k part time pro rata

New boutique fitness concept gym looking to change the game in the industry. We are looking for a vibrant, creative, proactive and innovative Brand Manager, with proven expertise, who is ready to see their work propel a brand to the next level.

This is an extremely exciting and important role. Working directly with the CEO/GM and your role will be to create and implement a powerful + creative digital/social media marketing strategy to grow the brand exponentially, ensuring our brand is always at the forefront of social media development.

Your Role

You will plan, create and execute the marketing strategy across all channels, curating the visual look, feel and tone of voice of our concept across all digital touch points.

Brainstorm and develop ideas and themes for campaigns and concepts for photoshoots/Videography.

Produce innovative original content.

Plan and execute launches.

Work alongside the CEO/GM to build the Social Media + Digital Marketing Team.

Constantly strive for innovation and newness.

Research and implement new social media opportunities and platforms to increase traffic, sales and acquisition of new customers.

Manage PR to execute effective influencer campaigns and content projects that connect to brand objectives and consumer needs.

Report, analyze, optimize campaign effectiveness.

Use data and insights to evolve thinking and understanding of what our clients need and turn into actionable insights.

CRM + User journey analysis and optimization across all digital touchpoints.

SEO monitoring and optimization.

In collaboration with paid ads, build create, execute and optimize paid social and PPC ads (Facebook, google etc.)

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3-years digital marketing + social media marketing experience required.
  • Understanding fitness / boutique fitness industry.
  • Live and breathe fitness
  • Innovative + Creative thinker.
  • Knowledge of the influencer + User-generated content space.
  • Experience in creating clear, compelling + successful campaigns to drive engagement, understanding, and conversions.
  • Strong communicator. In particular; proven experience in creative copywriting – able to “story tell” to land messages powerfully and creatively.
  • Experience working in and with design teams to produce high quality content with high production value.
  • Experience in creating digital marketing calendars. (Social media, paid ads, email marketing.)
  • Experience working with and interpreting data and analytics. Comfortable in turning data into stories and identifying trends.
  • Highly-organised and detail-oriented. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.

(Hands-on background in design skills eg InDesign / Photoshop / Video editing is preferable.)
