The Assistant Cluster DHR will have a dual reportline to the Cluster DHR and the Cluster General Manager. This role will supportthe strategy development and contributes a high level of human resourcegeneralist knowledge and expertise for the Cluster ensuring operating consistencies andsynergies cross cluster. Supporting the Cluster DHR and GM responsible for the clusterhe/she will be accountable for and contribute to the delivery andimplementation of strategies - talentacquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management, Engagement anddevelopment for property employees, using technology efficiently, andcoaching/developing others to help influence and execute brand/business servicestrategy/initiatives and business objectives in the most efficient manner. Additionally, he/she utilizes the agreedHuman Resource business plan aligned with business objectives and BalancedScorecard for the Cluster to deliver HR services that enable business successacross all the hotels. Contributing to multipleleadership teams, he/she executes strategies across properties that deliverproducts and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of thebrand's target customer and property employees and provide a return oninvestment to the owner and broader organizational interests while implementingand maintaining efficiencies in a cluster.
