MAIN DUTIES

Accounts Payable

  • Scanning and uploading F&B & general invoices onto Great Plains software
  • Dealing with supplier queries by email and telephone
  • Assisting with monthly/weekly cheque runs
  • Monthly Supplier Statement Reconciliations
  • Preparing Credit Applications for new suppliers

Banking, Foreign Currency and Petty Cash

  • Updating electronic cashbook with income
  • Completing cash and credit card reconciliations across the group
  • Filing of hotel records
  • Dealing with chargebacks and various payment / receipt queries
  • Periodic site float counts

Daily Revenue

  • Production of Group Daily Revenue Reports and distribution to Managers
  • Ensuring Hotel Fidelio reports balance and the information provided is accurate

Additional Tasks

  • Supporting the team with management reporting tasks as and when required
  • Any other additional tasks as deemed suitable
