Thorpe Park Resort is looking for a talented, bright and motivated individual to join our Guest Experience team as a Park Excellence Manager, on a fixed term basis.  In this role you will support our Senior Park Excellence Manager to ensure that the resort is Guest Obsessed in everything we do.

 As Park Excellence Manager you will lead all aspects of the front-line operation of the Guest Experience team.  You will be responsible for ensuring guest feedback is monitored and responded to within agreed SLA’s, whilst keeping the team motivated and engaged through strong people management and training plans.

 Thanks to the diverse and unique nature of Thorpe Park Resort, no two days are ever the same!  One day up will be working closely with our Senior Park Excellence Manager to reduce feedback through development, implementation and measurement of improvement initiatives, and quality standards across the Resort.  The next day you may be Duty Manager, setting operational standards for the team to follow!

Ability to self-manage and use initiative to prioritise tasks, whilst remaining calm under pressureStrong communicator who can influence others and build strong working relationshipsAbility to drive initiatives and motivate and coach team members to achieve great results Experience in collating and analysing data, with the ability to report on findings to share with key stakeholdersProficient IT skills, in particular Microsoft Word, ExcelAbility to learn systems

 This role is Full Time, Permanent, averaging 40 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays during peak times.
