The role will cover the following responsibilities: *Managing the operational aspects of events from brief to delivery *Taking the lead on client liaison * Work closely to Head Chef and Events team on a day to day basis *Communicating with internal teams regarding operational requirements *Adhering to health & safety and licensing regulations *Managing final details *Managing staffing requirements for each event across departments *Briefing all relevant members of the team prior to an event *Acting as a key point of client contact during event delivery *Working to maximise profits in all areas of events operations
