Our Dalston store is the baby of the group, but punches way above its weight. It’s a compact 20 seater store, with 12 beer taps and over 300 bottles & cans in the fridges. It has an awesome cook-line that serves up thousands of patties to Hackney hungriest burger junkies.

Job description summary:

• You’ll spend your shifts working with our Head Chef and Sous Chef prepping our fresh menu for a busy service, cooking epic burgers and watching our customers enjoy your food from our open kitchen.
• You’ll have high standards and help the team run a super organised professional kitchen.
• We’ll train you to become an expert. Be passionate about what you do and transfer that enthusiasm to your customers and your team.
• Ensure our customers have the best experience. WOW them with your food and your smile.
• Communicate clearly, effectively and honestly.
• Be organised, be solution minded, think ahead and be on top of your game.
