As our Front of House Trainer, you will be responsible for all training for Front of House colleagues whether that be on the job and in classroom training. In your role as our Front of House Trainer, you will be planning and conducting meetings with Front of House Managers to track performance trends and prepare action plans and/or training initiatives, as needed.

You will also be working closely with our Hotel Training Manager in ensuring that all training as tracked, and records are maintained accurately. In addition to this, you will be working with the Front of House teams, helping them understand their part in us delivering an excellent customer service and working closely with them to motivate them to achieve the desired results.
