Guests visit Chessington World of Adventures Resort for Britain’s wildest day out and this is an excellent opportunity to be part of the resorts Retail Team who aim to create a memorable experience for our guests by offering an exciting range of products from one of our many themed shops. 

You will be part of a highly motivated team, recruited to drive sales through performance and customer service excellence.  This role is completely guest focused and you will need to be able to provide outstanding service to our guests to ensure they have a great day with us. Your responsibilities will include operating tills, cash handling, deliveries, visual merchandising and helping to maintain a high level of hygiene throughout our shops.

We are looking for motivated, confident, disciplined individuals who have bags of enthusiasm and energy. You will have a passion for providing excellent customer with a friendly and approachable manner. You will have good communication skills both with colleagues and adventurers as well as a positive and friendly nature. You must be comfortable working both within a team and on your own, having the confidence to make your own decisions in what is a fast-paced, but fun working environment. Flexibility of work, positivity and support for the team are vital for this role.
