Head Trainer - New Exclusive HIIT Studio - Surrey

Circa £50,000 + business incentives

We are looking for a Head Trainer for a new exclusive and innovating HIIT studio in a highly affluent part of Surrey.

The Head Trainer will manage the studio operationally, recruit, coach and develop a team of group exercise instructors, design and develop new class concepts and instructor team training programmes, and provide business ideas to the owners to help grow and evolve the brand.

To be considered you will ideally have 10-years+ experience in the fitness industry and be an expert in High Intensity Interval Training as a group exercise instructor/Master Trainer in an exclusive boutique environment and you will also have designed HIIT class concepts before (Strength, functional, TRX, cardio, MMA etc). You will be the face of the brand so it is imperative that you are a positive high energy character who is warm, approachable and very customer centric.

It is an exciting opportunity as the owners have great plans to grow the business and if they do the post will evolve into a Group Product role.
