We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team at English Lounge.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing responsibility for team work, leading and motivating our team.
• Making sure the team are fully briefed and trained on any new food and drink products, explain and draw up existing and new promotions.
• Support and coach team members to be the best they can and to ensure they are happy within work and working in a safe environment.
• Assist with any issues arising on shift and problem solve where possible, to be followed up with a handover to the General or Assistant Managers.
• Lead by example to ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service is delivered by team members at all times.
• Ensure to develop good working relationship with our dedicated kitchen team.
• Support the General and Assistant Managers to allow the business to thrive.
