Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum

• Proactive debt management.
• Ensure high tenant retention in line with targets, working in conjunction with Sales & Lettings division.
• Adhere to & effectively execute periodic inspections of the development.
• Accountable for personal & team compliance with internal company policies, procedures & codes for example, Team Member Handbook, and all applicable external laws, regulations standards & industry codes.
• Engagement & active participation with external & internal events, actively  promoting attendance and working in cohesion with Community & Events Manager.
• Communicate & cooperate with internal service functions such as Finance, Community & Events, HR, Sales & Lettings, Quality & standards.
• Accountable for the successful completion of employee induction and PDP completion, thereafter identifying the needs of the individual.

Requirements:

• Ability to build working relationships quickly.
• Ideally experienced within the property, lettings serviced or hospitality     industry.
• Proven service and commercial experience within a property and/or facilities environment.
• Demonstrate effective management & leadership experience in a service  and sales related environment.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop teams.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance.
• Absolute commitment to high ethics and integrity.
• Previous P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to work with financials, including P&L reports, stock control systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products.
