Sandwich Production Kitchen Supervisor

Mouth-watering sandwiches, exceptionally well prepared.

We have a fantastic vacancy for an experienced sandwich maker with at least 1-2 years' prior experience making sandwiches in a professional kitchen.

• Central London location
• Contract Catering Hours, 06:30 to 15:00 , Monday to Friday.***no evenings or weekends***
• Meal and drinks provided

About the Role

Your duties will include:

• Preparing great and appetising sandwiches for a busy office and cafe
• Overseeing and supervising a small team of sandwich production assistants,
• Maintaining high level of Health & Safety & hygiene at all times
• Developing a good knowledge and understanding of food
• Working as part of a team
• Assisting the Head Chef with ordering, Health & Safety and menu planning

• Experienced in the art of making great sandwiches
• Efficient and hard working
• Enthusiastic and sociable
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Able to work with a "can-do" attitude
