We are recruiting for a Senior Membership Consultant at Anytime Fitness Balham.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-quality Membership Consultant from the health and fitness industry to be a part of our Team.

We are opening a premium Anytime Fitness club in the heart of Balham in Autumn 2019 which is sure to be an exciting project.

The successful candidate will have worked as a membership consultant or a similar sales role within a full commercial fitness club for a minimum of 1 year, preferably longer.

Duties include:

  • Generating leads through multiple channels: outreach, inreach, corporate and various guerrilla marketing techniques
  • Undertake prospect call drives
  • Booking tours and appointments with prospects
  • Signing up members during pre-sale period
  • Touring and closing prospects when club opens
  • Effective use of membership management software (ClubWise)
  • Dealing with member issues and complaints
  • Daily operational and cleaning activities

Working with the Sales Manager and the Club Manager you will be assisting our new club to hit sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis both in the pre-sale period and after the club has opened.

You will be comfortable and confident in delivering on your KPIs.

The successful candidate must also be willing and able to help out in the club with operational duties when it opens. The member experience always comes first for us so you must excel and thrive when it comes to member service.
