Main role and objectives:

As a Laundry Attendant at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel you will have a key position in providing an effective and courteous service at all times  in all aspects of the department. To assume responsibility, smooth effective operation of the guest laundry, staff laundry, F & B linen, ordering of bed room linen and any general issues that are associated with the effective operation of the laundry department.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor stock levels
• Deliver high quality service for guest and staff
• Conduct quality checks of staff and guests laundry
• Produce accurate weekly and monthly figures of laundry items
• Report high level of misuse items
