Commis Chef & Demi Chef de Partie - Hell Bay Hotel - Isles of Scilly - 2020 Season

We Require Chefs – Commis; Demi & De Partie To Join The Team At Our Award Winning, 3 Aa Rosettes Hell Bay Hotel On The Beautiful Island Of Bryher, Isles Of Scilly.

Duties Include:

Preparing and cooking food to a very high standard within the kitchen brigade. Working with fresh produce to create our high rated cuisine and be passionate about food.

The Restaurant personnel must be able to work closely with the Chefs when they produce menus to ensure all the food elements can be relayed to the customers. A hands-on approach will be needed in general.

The ideal candidate will be dedicated with a passion for great food; have the ability to work well under pressure with a high standard of cleanliness; be able to speak and understand English; committed and hold the relevant kitchen and hygiene certificates or be willing to obtain these.

The successful applicant will have existing experience in a Hotel Restaurant or an establishment with a good reputation for excellent cuisine and be keen to progress further in our award winning hotel.
