Cafe & Retail Assistants - Garden Visitor Centre - Isles of Scilly - 2020 Season
We require Café & Retail Assistants for our Garden Visitor Centre for the 2020 summer season.
Duties Include – Café & Shop:
- Prepare restaurant and tidy Shop prior to opening ready for service
- Serve Customers in a Friendly, Polite and Efficient manner.
- Processing transactions, handling cash, cheques and credit cards
- Topping up stock in the shop and stock checks.
- Using excellent customer service skills at all times ensure that any complaints are dealt with in a professional manner.
- Work with the Cafe Supervisor and GVC Manager to maintain the quality, appearance and Health and Safety of the restaurant and Shop
- Clear tables both inside and out on a regular basis.
- Daily banking.
- Undergoing any training required provided by the Estate to assist in the role.
