About the role

We currently seek a Hotel Manager to lead a fantastic team at one of our Point A Hotels in Central London. The role’s primary focus is on empowering and developing our people and ensuring every single one of our guests has an unforgettable experience at our hotel. You will be reporting directly to the Cluster General Manager.

You need to get what we do and more importantly why and be able to empower and inspire our people from the outset. We are looking for the following qualities and experience in our managers:

  • Min 2 years prior experience in a Hotel Manager / Operations Manager capacity in a limited or full service property or 3 years in a Front of House Manager type role in a full service hotel or 3 years of experience in a Restaurant / Bar General Manager role
