JWC Health & Fitness are looking for a personal trainer with a genuine passion for health and fitness to join our team of coaches. We are customer focused and strive to deliver consistently fun, varied and challenging sessions both in one to one and group training settings from our well equipped facility.

Roles & Responsibilities Include;

• Carrying out consultations for potential personal training clients 
• Planning and delivering tailored personal training sessions
• Advising on or building tailored nutrition plans
• Carrying out regular progress reviews and results tracking
• Potential for the right candidate to coach within our group environment 

JWC Health & Fitness offer a unique, low risk, commission based pay structure, omitting the need for our coaches to be self-employed or pay rent while still offering a competitive earning potential. Average salary for a JWC personal trainer based on 10-hours group training and 20 hours personal training: £21,000. Earning Potential up to £38,000. 

We will assist you in growing and retaining a strong client base by taking care of the marketing and sales element of the role, allowing you to focus on the part of the job that you love - coaching people

All of our coaches are currently fully booked, meaning that we are seeking a coach who's confident and experienced enough to begin working with clients Immediately. For this reason, you must already hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and experience is preferred.
