Kitchen Porter - The Shireburn Arms Hotel - Hurst Green

The Shireburn Arms, Hurst Green are looking for Kitchen Porters who are organised and enthusiastic individuals who are able to work well as part of a small team but also have the ability to work on your own initiative when required

Duties include:

• Washing all kitchen equipment used during the production process
• Working as part of a busy kitchen team
• Taking out bins to the waste disposal point
• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the designated section
• Maintain a positive and pro active attitude at all times
• Keeping the kitchen clean
• Emptying bins
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Ensuring all equipment is correctly put away

The ideal Kitchen Porter, will need to:

• Be hard working.
• Reliable.
• Work well under pressure.
• Helpful and willing attitude.
