Customer Service Specialist - Head Office - Huddersfield

Casual - As and when required

Based within our busy Contact Centre you will join a team who deliver an excellent service to our customers every time they contact KAL. This role is an exciting opportunity for the right individuals to come on board and support the delivery of exceptional customer service whilst carrying out outbound projects and general administration.

Our customers are central to everything we do and as part of our Contact Centre Team you will be expected to ensure that our customers receive the right information, first time, every time.

To be successful in this role you will need at least six months' experience in a Contact/Call Centre, in an exceptionally busy reception or from a sales environment. In addition, you will be able to contribute innovative ideas on how we can ensure that our customers receive an outstanding service.
