Bosworth Hall Hotel is a 210 bedroom-hotel that boasts restaurants specialising in both French & English cuisine, as well as catering for our large banqueting facilities. We are looking to recruit a Full Time Head Kitchen Steward on to the team.

As Head Kitchen Steward you will be required to;

• Ensure the highest possible standard of Food Production and presentation within the hotel adhering to menu specification and departmental ‘Standards of Performance’ manual at all time.
• Ensure Food Hygiene Regulations as laid out within Food Hygiene Law are adhered to and that departmental checklists and guidelines regarding Food production and storage etc, are updated, monitored and actioned upon at all time.
• Control purchasing of food produce from nominated suppliers, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained whilst monitoring stock rotation / storage and ‘use by date’ markings of all goods in stock.
• Ensure the Kitchen remains a clean, safe and organised environment at all time, highlighting any major Health and Safety issues to Senior management for action.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role. You will be flexible, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively towards deadlines. This is a busy kitchen looking after 300+ covers a day when it is busy, so please do not apply if no experience in this role.
