Reservations Sales Coordinator - Temporary from 4th November – 24th December 2019 - Melton Mowbray

Salary:

£8.28 per hour age 21 and above, £7.65 per hour age 18-20 and £6.75 per hour age 16 and 17.

Hours: Full & Part Time positions available. Various hours to be worked between the hours of 8.30am and 8.30pm, on a Rota basis, including hours between 9am-5.30pm on weekends

About the position: 

We are looking for full time and part time, fast paced, quick thinking & sales driven individuals who thrive working in a busy environment.

In this fast-paced environment, you will spend a lot of your shifts on the phone and carefully packing our vouchers to be sent to purchasers and will therefore, be required to multitask, ensuring great attention to detail is afforded to the day-to-day administrative tasks, whilst accurately logging voucher sales into the Hotel system. This ability is imperative to the role, as you will be processing a lot of personal guest data.

The successful candidate must have sales initiative and work on your own initiative and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to take control during challenging phone conversations, in a pleasant and calming manner.

Qualifications & skills required 

We’re looking for someone with previous sales experience, with an ability to demonstrate great communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. You will also be proficient in computing, in order to quickly learn and adapt to administering our digital Hotel system.
