If yes, apply now and you could be working for Britannia Hotels! We are a well-established Company and due to our continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Head Housekeeper who will effectively manage the Housekeeping department for our hotels in the South of England.

As the Head Housekeeper, you will properly induct and train staff. You will ensure all housekeeping reports, including daily discrepancy reports are given to the General Manager. You will ensure adequate control of linen and to liaise with the laundry to ensure adequate available stocks.

The successful candidate will have a substantial amount of experience as a Hotel Head Housekeeper, with the ability to communicate and work effectively with staff. You will have a sound knowledge of training requirements and techniques and the proven ability to deliver training to operational staff. This role is field-based; therefore, you will be required to travel to any of our Hotels in the South as and when required.
