The successful candidate will have a proven history of running a kitchen, managing food deliveries & stock control whilst delivering coaching & motivation to the team. You will have experience in high volume property and some flair for fine dining restaurant. You will need to hold a valid Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent).
