We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide, we are looking for a Commis Chef/Chef De Partie who is looking for a big chance to learn all there is to know about your trade.

The successful candidate will have experience as a Chef in high volume hotel property with large C&B operations and food cost control. L2 food hygiene would be an advantage. You will demonstrate flair, initiative and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary service.
