Health Spa Receptionist -  New Milton

A true English original, Chewton Glen is a privately owned luxury country house hotel & spa located in the heart of the tranquil New Forest countryside and just minutes from the coast. This 70 bedroom hotel has a spa, two restaurants and a cookery school; The Kitchen in collaboration with celebrity chef, James Martin.

We are now looking for a Health Spa Receptionist to join our growing team.

Aim of the role:

  1. Taking ownershipand be responsible for taking treatment, spa day, fitness and tennis bookings.
  2. Be confidentand ensure accurate procedures are followed for opening and closing the spa.
  3. Complete all reception administrative tasks and procedures in a timely manner to the highest standard taking pridein your work.
  4. Assist with cashing up and voucher/brochure enquiries as required.
  5. To beconfident in your ability to complete show rounds to potential new members and guests giving out relevant information on the spa.
  6. Answering the phone in a timely manner and assisting with any enquiries.
  7. Be familiar with and be passionatein promoting all facilities, treatments and products offered in the spa at every opportunity.
  8. To ensure smooth running of the treatment rooms and allocating rooms to therapists. Ensuring treatment allocation is even using team work and flexibility.
  9. Monitor Spa emails and where necessary respond to emails in a timely and polite manner.
  10. Be confidentin dealing with complaints as and when they arise referring to a manager when required or if you feel you are unable to assist.
  11. To be passionatein attend any necessary training courses in house or external.
  12. Ensure that Company Policies are followed at all times.
  13. Chase outstanding bills and payments.
