Park Warden - Bath Mill Lodge Retreat

A full time, permanent position is now available for a Security Officer to join the team at Bath Mill Lodge Retreat. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join our friendly team at this five star retreat, close to Bath in Somerset.

The successful candidate will work within the Security team to ensure the safety of the site, buildings, guests and staff at all times. You will also be the first port of call for guests during out of hours, and respond to any queries so good customer service skills are essential. Having a current SIA Licence is preferred.

This is a permanent, full time position to work variable hours. These hours will include evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

This role is perfect for anyone searching for Security positions within a commutable distance of Bath.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to be responsible for security.
• Responsible for personnel, property, company buildings and guest accommodation.
• Patrolling the perimeter of the the retreat.
• Respond to any enquiries or calls from members of staff and guests on site.
• Provide exceptional customer service when becoming first port of call for guests during out of hours periods.

What experience you will need

• You will have similar previous experience.

What skills you will need

• Current SIA Licence is essential.
• Excellent customer service is essential due to a large amount of guest interaction.
• A driving licence is essential due to the use of a security vehicle.
• Strong communication skills.
• Some computer literacy required to fill in basic reports.
• Positive attitude to work with willingness to learn.
