Activity Leadership Apprenticeship - (SLM) Salt Hill Activity Centre - Slough

Everyone Active are looking for enthusiastic and energetic candidates to work towards their Activity Leadership Level 2 and be part of a friendly team to provide a fun, safe and quality experience for all of our customers.

You will also work towards your Level 2 in Fitness Instructing (Which is included in the Activity Leadership Level 2)

Your duties will include:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all members
- responding to queries via email and over the phone
- Ensure that the reception, and associated offices and storage area are kept clean and free from clutter.
- Ensure all customer information is readily available
- Cash handling and taking payments
- Support the centre swim teaching team to deliver exceptional swimming lessons
- Showing members how to use the gym equipment and machines
- Creating personal exercise places for members
- Housekeeping duties
- you will be trained as an ice skate marshal meaning that you’ll be assisting people using the ice rink, helping to dispense and retrieve ice skating boots and general up keep of the rink.
There is also the opportunity to be trained as a high ropes instructor, caving instructor and trampoline marshal.

You will work towards your Activity Leadership Level 2 through work based learning delivered by Lifetime Training as well as your National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification, Fitness Instructing Certificate (Included in the Activity Leadership)
