Job Purpose:     To project manage and undertake onboarding process for community lettings to take place at partner schools.Leading meetings with key personnel on site, overcoming barriers, devising& implementing operational procedures and ensuring positive long lasting relationshipare created

Responsible to:   Senior New Openings Manager

Area:                   Midlands

Contract:            Permanent

Hours:                 40 hours per week (working both at home and at new partner schools during 

                              day/evenings,some overnight stays will be required)

Salary:                 Dependant on experience

We are looking for someone that is passionate about delivering a 5* service and is proud to be part of the SLS Team.

Job Description- Project managing and leading with thefollowing:

  • Joining the New Openings Team (average 6-8 new sites a month). 
  • Attending initial meetings with new partner schools and forming positive relationships with key stakeholders. Working with site managers and business managers to work out the logistics of opening and closing school facilities. Create NOP's that will enable to ensure a world class service is delivered at front of house. Taking facility photo's of each available space and producing a website that encapsulates the qualities of each. Identifying signage required to direct and advertise facilities to customers during the hours of lettings. Complete a risk assessment for each site. Responsible for achieving high standards of customer service. Regularly travelling between different school sites. Managing a combination of field based work and working from home. Achieving targets and objectives as set-out by the senior new openings manager. Preparing for and attending regular performance meetings.Any other duties deemed suitable by the CompanyDirectors, commensurate with the salary and title of the post.
