Full Time position – £24,000 – St Albans

Your role in our family:
- Respond to all incoming enquiries (phone, website, e-mail or pro-active sales team) for Conferences and Meetings
- Meet clients as requested to discuss arrangements and invite new bookers in to view facilities and develop working relationships
- To attend key familiarization trips with the Pro-Active Sales team to develop long term working relationship with key Conference Booking Agents and Key Corporate Clients
- Actively promote the company in a professional manner at all times including the organising and attending client events, networking and familiarization visits as required

- Crucial to the role is your ability to converse with our guests in an engaging manner, a personable demeanour and an ability to anticipate and meet the requirements of all customers
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a busy fast paced environment whilst maintaining a positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent attention to details
