Sales & Rental Executive
The Langdale Estate is set in 35 acres of woodland & waterways in the heart of the Lake District. The Estate comprises a 52 bedroom hotel, 16 bedroom boutique hotel, 100 self catering and timeshare units, Wainwrights Inn, Stove Restaurant and Bar, Brimstone Spa and Fitness & Leisure.
An opportunity has arisen to join our Sales & Guest Services team based at the Langdale Estate. The team look after self catering rentals, hotel and spa guests from the moment they make a booking; either online, on the phone or in person, to their arrival on site, and then to the point of departure.
The right person for this role will be self-motivated, organised and attentive with a keen eye for detail enjoy working in a close team and have some hospitality sales experience

- Dealing with all aspects of self-catering rentals and sales
- Taking hotel, spa and restaurant reservations
- Pro-active sales
- Liaising with holiday week owners in an efficient and friendly manner
- Administration duties
- Assisting with welcoming and greeting guests to the Estate during the check in and check out process
- Have a flair for sales
- Self catering rental or hotel sales experience
- Self-motivated
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Work as part of a team
