General Manager - Coin Laundry, Exmouth Market - London
Up to £40k + bonus & benefits
Coin Laundry is an all day bar and restaurant located on Exmouth Market, EC1. Open 7 days a week, we serve seasonal British food for lunch and dinner, bottomless brunch on Saturday's and an amazing Sunday Roast. Our beer list showcases the best in British craft, our wines are mainly organic and natural and we serve a small range of house cocktails alongside classics and carefully chosen spirits list.
We're looking for an ambitious, team focused, charismatic GM to take over the venue and help us drive it to the next stage of success.

About you:
- You’re positive, you care, you’re self-motivated and you want to be part of a winning team
- You have around 5 years experience at General Management level in a busy, high volume, quality focused venue.
- You live and breathe great food, creative drinks and relaxed, knowledgeable service.
- You are confident being fully accountable for a business with total ownership of P&L.
- You're experienced in team building and positive people management.

Food & Drink
We love fresh ingredients, great beer, exciting cocktails and interesting wine. We look for sustainability, seasonality and quality and are proud to work with local producers wherever possible. We brew our own beers and source most of our ingredients direct from organic, UK farms, Brixham day boat fisherman and small producers like Isle of Olive on Broadway Market, Mr Chauhdry's bakery on Ridley Road and Local Honey from Queens Park. Our chefs are imaginative, creative and driven to connect with food at every stage - from producer to plate.
