Apprentice Food & Beverage Team Leader - Crane Valley Hoburne Golf, Verwood

Located a mile outside Verwood in Dorset, this is an exciting opportunity to join our 27-hole club as an Apprentice F&B Team Leader. Other amenities include the 9-hole woodland course, floodlit driving range and clubhouse overlooking the stunning 184-acre site.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Apprentice F&B Team Leader who has the ability and passion, to learn how to deliver outstanding customer experience. 

Candidates will ideally have some experience at supervisor level, though candidates without this but who have some F&B experience will be considered. Applicants will require the following: 

• Ability to motivate and supervise employees
• High level of inter-personal skills
• Self-motivation with a positive attitude 

Training will be provided in the workplace where you will work towards a Level 2 or Level 3 Hospitality Apprenticeship (dependent on experience) provided by Brockenhurst College. 
 
On completion of your Apprenticeship qualification, you will receive a £250 Amazon voucher or 10 driving lessons! 
 
You will work 40 hours per week and the nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some anti-social hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.   
 
You will be paid at the National Minimum Wage. This will be reviewed throughout the programme and may increase depending on performance and progression.
