We are now seeking supervisory support for out front of house team at the Nursery Inn, Heaton Norris to enhance this strong team, and help us be the best at what we do and ensure ‘excellence is a habit’.

Who are we?

The Nursery Inn in Heaton Norris, is very much the heart of the community, hosting a large bowling green, and regular entertainment for the locals, it is a particularly busy site. Fresh Food is served daily at the site, as well as cask ales – 8 handpulls in total –offering a variety for customers

The role and you

You will oversee the day to day activities of the front of house team at the site, knowledgeable about all the dishes on our menu and what is the best thing to drink with what meal. But most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and get a buzz from making someone’s day. You will also have a passion for food, drink and hospitality and how to supervise this in a team focused environment. You will have the ability to give clear direction, delegate and adapt to change. You will also be extremely organised and have strong decision making skills. It is also a desirable element of the role that you are also kitchen trained as well, to support in this area if and when required.
