THE CLUB:

One of London’s freshest gym concepts is looking for an experienced manager for its Central London venues. The Gym Way is the ultimate fitness playground with a range of fun and funky equipment to inject a little spice into our members’ workouts.

Our intimate venue and limited membership allow members to avoid the crowds and long waits for equipment associated with most commercial gyms and with a dedicated team of trainers ensure no-one is ignored in our gym.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Club Manager to oversee all aspects of the club and be instrumental in membership sales. The Club Manager will be responsible for the performance and development of the club over the financial year. 
We are looking for a talented, commercially-focused manager to provide leadership, together with strategic and operational direction, in the delivery of high-quality commercial experiences. 

As a Club Manager, you will need to have operational accountability for the clubs and will be managing the sales process and function. You will also lead the fitness and service teams with the support of your Assistant / Duty Managers.  

We are looking for highly ambitious and motivated management professionals and are keen to talk to successful leaders from the hospitality, retail or health and fitness industries. It is essential that you are passionate about fitness, have fantastic people skills and a strong commercial focus with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, club launches and pre-sales and providing exemplary customer service.

You will be the type of individual who enjoys a front of house approach to management whilst being sales driven and target focussed.
