As Assistant General Manager you should possess the skills and experience to lead a motivated and energetic team and ensure our guests receive the excellent service they have come to expect.

We are looking for Assistant General Managers who can support, manage and develop a diverse team, manage their P&L, report to Senior Managers, aren’t afraid of making decisions and are motivated to strive for outstanding results.

Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Successful candidates will undertake an intensive training program which will bring you up to speed with the way we do things.
