The Spire Montefiore is a two ward hospital within a fantastic setting based equidistant between Brighton and Hove train stations. At the Montefiore we have a full multi-disciplinary medical team on site using some of the latest technology and most advanced treatments. This means we can offer everything from screening and rehabilitation through to leading edge surgical procedures in fields such as orthopaedics, cardiology and cancer care, all delivered from a hospital that achieved Outstanding in our last CQC inspection.

Duties and responsibilities

• Ensuring patient bedrooms and other patient and staff areas are cleaned to the highest standards
• Disposing of refuse in accordance with hospital policy
• Responding to ad-hoc requests from different areas/teams
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hospital; including wards, reception, x-ray and outpatients

• Able to work without supervision and to the highest standards
• Polite and friendly manner
• Punctual and reliable
