William Beardmore is looking for a Sous Chef to join their classic bar-restaurant boasting traditional design mixed with quirky, eclectic Scottish materials.
The bar has a wide range of whiskies with over 50 to choose from including famous malts from small batch distillers on the Islands of Scotland. Also, there is a specially brewed Beardmore ale for you to try.
Our ideal Sous Chef will be passionate, energetic and ambitious. You will be hands-on, getting stuck into all aspects of the business, both on the floor and in the kitchen.
You will treat your team like family, look after them and be passionate about their development.
