The Little Gym is widely recognized as the world’s leading gymnastics based development program for children and The Little Gym of Wandsworth & Fulham is now looking for a number of enthusiastic, motivated and outgoing individuals to join its dynamic and fun team of child Development Instructors. 

The Role:

• Involves the teaching of developmental, gymnastics based classes
• Customer relations as well as front desk and marketing tasks (full training will be given in all aspects of the role)
• Salary: Pay and bonus package (£19.5k to 20.5k equivalent / pro-rata for part time) is available to the right calibre of applicant, after undergoing extensive training/probation.
• Full time/Part time employment for the right candidates
• Hours are flexible and benefits include overseas travel to European Workshops
• The position is based at our purpose-built facility in Wandsworth
• A clear career progression is available for applicants motivated and looking to expand their expertise and responsibilities (management), within the team.

Candidates should be:

• Confident working with children between the ages of 10months - 12years (prior experience essential).
• A background in Gymnastics and/or sports instructing is preferable
• Ideally degree qualified, although not essential

Preferred qualifications:

• Gymnastics coaching qualification
• NVQ level 2 or 3 in childcare
• Pediatric 1st aid qualification
