For over 20 years Smith & Western have been providing good quality, fun family dining in an authentic American Wild West setting.

The bar area is often the first point of contact for our guests so it’s very important that the bar is well managed, welcoming and efficient. Managing a team of bar tenders, you will be responsible for rotas, ordering, maintaining high bar standards, up-skilling staff and making sure our customers have a great time when they visit Smith & Western. You will always have a warm greeting and friendly smile to offer, alongside a knowledgeable bar service - knowing the beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks, restaurant menu and our cocktail menu.

Calm and professional even when busy you will have previous bar experience and ideally a genuine interest in mixiology, flair skills are always an advantage although full training will be given in all aspects of the role including how to make our 28 bespoke cocktails. Alongside serving guests at the bar, you will also be making drinks for the restaurant so will need to be organised and able to prioritize and juggle your workload and staff during busy times.

Salary £26,000 depending on experience
