Join the team at Britain’s Ultimate Castle for Halloween 2019 Warwick Castle Resorts are recruiting for Halloween Customer Service Assistants to join the Shows and Attractions team. We are looking for smart and talented people to deliver brilliant customer service to ensure our guest’s experience is the very best. Focused on maintaining a fun and safe environment at all times. Main Duties include
- Meet and Greet Queue managementDealing with Customer queries Maintaining a safe environment Reporting any issues to management
- Experience within a Customer Service role Strong communication skills both written and verbal Welcoming and friendly personally Good attention to detail
