Warwick Castle Resorts are recruiting for Halloween Customer Service Assistants to join the Shows and Attractions team. We are looking for smart and  talented people to deliver brilliant customer service to ensure our guest’s experience is the very best. Focused on maintaining a fun and safe environment at all times.

 

Main Duties include

 

Meet and Greet Queue managementDealing with Customer queries Maintaining a safe environment Reporting any issues to management

 

Skills Required

 

Experience within a Customer Service role Strong communication skills both written and verbal Welcoming and friendly personally Good attention to detail

 

This is a seasonal role ending November 2019.Because of the nature of our business you will be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
