Safety Marshall Team Member

Flip Out Brent Cross are now recruiting for full time safety marshals! You will need to be able to work 35 hours a week minimum for this role.

Working as part of the Brent Cross Safety Marshall Team, your duties will include but not be limited to:

Safety Marshall

• Monitoring activities on the trampoline courts - maintaining high safety levels, but ensuring an engaging and fun atmosphere for all customers.
• Hosting safety-briefing sessions to large audiences.
• Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures.
• Assisting with daily park maintenance, cleaning and checks required in the interest of Health and Safety.
• Assisting with cleaning duties throughout the park on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all jumpers have a valid wristband, proper footwear, no loose jewellery and follow the rules within the park.
• Host events for a diverse range of groups from birthday parties and corporate events to school groups and disabled people. 

This role will suit any individual who has lots of energy to give, keen on development within the sports/fitness industry and has a passion for delivering a world class experience to the public.
