Studio Host – Boutique EMS Personal Training Studio - Hammersmith

Job Summary

SURGE is searching for a highly motivated Studio Host to join a well-established fitness team within a boutique studio in Hammersmith. This is a permanent part-time role, 22hrs a week. 
You love to work in a high-performing team, delivering an outstanding customer experience while exceeding targets. Your mission is to make each and every customer’s visit to the studio one to remember, giving them a truly personalised experience each time. You have a passion for fitness and for helping others to achieve their fitness goals.

• Experience in a customer facing role, ideally in a fitness environment
• Proven ability to deliver amazing customer experiences and inspire others

Description

As a Surge Studio Host, you'll primarily be responsible for creating the perfect environment for our clients to hit their fitness goals. This includes providing them with a friendly welcome on arrival at the studio, managing bookings and organising marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for getting a steady stream of EMS newbies into the studio to give them their first taste of the next big revolution in fitness. 

This opportunity involves flexible working hours based on the needs of the business and includes Saturday working. We are offering a very competitive salaried role with additional incentives for meeting targets.
