Guest Relations Co-ordinator - The Grand Hotel

£17,700 depending on experience plus service charge (approx. £1,200 per annum*) and annual bonus

With a reputation for service excellence, you will be at the forefront of ensuring we provide first class care to our guests at all times. You will also provide support to the front of house team as required. The Grand is currently seeking an enthusiastic Guest Relations Co-ordinator to join the Front Office team. You must be passionate about proving an exceptional level of customer care to our guests and be happy to go the extra mile in ensuring we exceed expectations. Being a Guest Relations Coordinator you will be responsible for creating a warm and friendly service to all our guests from arrival, during their stay and as they depart. You will manage the Guest History data, updating this as required, to include feedback and any correspondence or verbal communication.

What we need from you

  • Ability top acquire and maintain relationships with customers and VIPS
  • A confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Enthusiasm to learn and the ability to hit the ground running with a smile on your face are essential.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining composure at all times
  • Computer literate
